I’m a certified career coach with over 20 years industry experience in HR, training and learning and development.

My career in HR has enabled me to specialise in a wide variety of areas including:-
internal recruitment, employee development, employee well being, staff engagement, mediation, coaching line managers in people management best practice, psychometric testing, design/deliver training and career coaching.
I am passionate about guiding people to make informed and exciting career related choices and my own career path of working across public sector, retail, charitable and financial services has enabled me to help people from all different sectors.
I’ve worked alongside many hiring managers and sifted through hundreds of CV’s and application forms, so I can also give first hand practical advice where needed on how to update your CV and make that all important great first impression during interviews by sharing invaluable hints and tips.

As well as training through the Career Counselling Service my qualifications also include a BSc in Psychology, post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management and qualified Thomas International practitioner in psychometric testing.
